Stress and Relaxation Services of America, PLLC is an in-network provider with:

• Traditional Medicare and affiliated supplements

All other services are private pay, however we do offer superbills (receipts for your services) that you can provide to your health insurance company for reimbursement directly to you, if you have these benefits. Please consult your health insurance company's plan information to determine if you have out-of-network benefits.

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover credit or debit cards

• HSA or FSA accounts

• CareCredit for certain services

Payment is due at the time of service.
