Mental Health Coaching


Mental health coaching is an avenue that allows me to assist clients that do not have a major (severe and persistent; please contact me to discuss) psychological concern focus more closely on goals that they are struggling with. Mental health coaching, specifically, is a best fit for those looking for insight into their thought processes, emotions, core beliefs, and looking for a more specialized insight than other general life coaches have the expertise or experience to answer.

Mental Health Coaching may also include biofeedback techniques such as heart rate variability training, breathing techniques, visualization and grounding, and other techniques aimed at physiological deactivation to promote calmness.
